Offering Community Grants

Here at IMANA, when we dream….we dream BIG.

Over the years, we’ve been a part of great conversations – dreaming of the first Muslim hospital, mobile healthcare units, and robust free clinics across the country. Collectively, we’ve envisioned how these accomplishments aid in the epic journey of reaching the day when there is equity in healthcare.

In 2022 IMANA is focusing on striving to do good and positively impact the health of humanity. As a single unit, every good deed has an impact. But when those small, individual components get woven together, we begin to build strength, connection and move the needle. Many of you across the nation are already working on achieving these dreams. And we want to help!

Building upon the visionary leadership of our founders and the heritage they created, IMANA is mobilizing our endowment funds to offer grants in two areas

In 2022 we will offer grants to two organizations (501c3, actively providing care) who operate free clinics and endeavor to expand in the areas of:

• Patient Care
• Clinical Infrastructure (equipment and supplies)
• Clinical Staffing
• Health Advocacy and Education

Similarly, we will provide grants to two organizations (501c3, medical, annual revenue less than $500,000) who show initiative in expanding in the areas of:

• Organization Infrastructure (operations, facilities, technology)
• Program Development
• Staff Capacity (new roles, staff development, payroll)

Application cycle: January 17th 2022 – March 28th, 2022
