Haitians in Miragoane rely on HOPE clinic as their only healthcare facility; it is vital for their individual and communal health. IMANA established this facility in 2012 to provide basic healthcare to families in need. The clinic sustained heavy damage due to hurricane Matthew which IMR aims to repair as soon as possible.
