How do I know the fundraiser and/or organization is real?

See our annual reports on our website. Complete with financials for your review. Or check out our timeline. Still not satisfied? Take a look at Charity Navigator’s rating of the organization. We’re also an approved US Combined Federal campaign member.

How are the funds being used?

Funds are being used to procure and ship supplies for distribution in India to government designated COVID treatment hospitals. No funds will be remitted as such
First shipment of oxygen delivery systems worth over US $146,000 is already on order

How are the supplies being transported?

Supplies will be airlifted from Chicago, USA to Delhi via Air India in coordination with the government of India. Supplies will then be transported and distributed to designated hospitals that are treating patients with COVID-19.

Are there any overhead costs?

No, Air India is carrying the much needed supplies free of cost and the Government of India has waived all custom duties

Will the supplies benefit only muslims or all religions?

IMANA treats all patients irrespective of religion. Supplies will be made available for all who are in need of them.
