The local population of Miragoane, Haiti has been living in squalor since the devastating earthquake of 2010 ravaged the land. IMR was on the ground assisting in Haiti shortly after the disaster and created the IMR-funded HOPE clinic for local people to access health care. IMR teams visit Haiti twice per year and an IMR-funded soup kitchen feeds 25 schoolchildren per day.
