1. Can I bring family members or children to the retreat?
Yes, family members are welcome to stay at the hotel, which offers single-room accommodations (no shared rooms). Please inform us in advance so that we can coordinate arrangements with the hotel. Babies and infants are allowed in the conference room during sessions, but family members will not be able to join group excursions.
2. Who will be attending the retreat?
The retreat is capped at 30 women, ensuring a focused and intimate experience. Attendees are women in medicine who have been invited to foster leadership and professional growth.
3. What are the goals of the program?

The goals of the Women in Medicine Leadership Retreat are to:

  • Develop leadership skills tailored to women in medicine
  • Create a space for collaboration, mentorship, and personal growth
  • Provide tools for balancing professional and personal life
  • Build strong networks and relationships among women leaders in medicine
4. What CME topics will be covered?
The retreat will offer 3 CME credits. While the specific topics are not yet finalized, we will work closely with attendees to tailor the content to their learning goals and ensure the topics are relevant to the professional development and leadership needs of those attending.
5. What is the deadline to register for the retreat?
Registration is available on a first come, first serve basis until we reach capacity (30 attendees). We encourage early registration to secure your spot.
