Nida Saleem
Nida Saleem brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience to IMANA. She has served as a leader at a faith-based organization, successfully executing a convention with 25,000 attendees, including notable speakers such as Trevor Noah and Bernie Sanders. Nida has a strong background in mentorship and professional development, having nurtured and overseen interns at the world’s largest children’s museum.
She also served on the board of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and provided advice to their Leadership Advancement Program, presenting at conferences and contributing to books and journals. Nida is passionate about helping others and has organized clothing drives, supported athletic associations, and created health education materials. She holds a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from SUNY New Paltz, an M.P.H. in Epidemiology from SUNY Albany, an M.P.A in Nonprofit Management and Governance from Marist College, and recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropy from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
