Rich Klopp

Rich Klopp has over 20 years of experience in international relief and development work, including his time spent as the Chief People Officer for Water for Good, another Charis Fellowship cooperating ministry. He specializes in leadership for organizations with an international scope, and has spent extensive time working in Africa. Klopp holds a PhD in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University’s Lilly School of Philanthropy and an MA from Laval University, Quebec Canada.
